Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, education, public health, coaching or a related field (Required)
  • Credentials with a national health coaching board (Preferred)
  • 4 – 6+ years designing and delivering coaching programs, preferably in a wellness/health-related field (Required)
  • Ability to work autonomously and comfortable with ambiguity (Required)
  • Ability to communicate complicated information in a concise, logical, and storytelling manner, leveraging objective data (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to apply principles of behavior change and adult-learning to drive outcomes (Required)
  • Project management experience; ability to break down large projects into manageable phases and meet time deadlines (Required)
  • Ability to keep leadership informed on project status and prioritize ever adjusting needs (Required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships with SMEs and stakeholders (Required)
  • Experience facilitating difficult conversations that lead to positive business outcomes/results (Required)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) (Required)

We provide a good faith estimate of the salary range for potential hires, which is based on key factors such as role responsibilities, candidate experience, education and training, internal equity, and market conditions. Please be aware that this estimate doesn’t account for geographic differences related to your work location. Typically, new hires may not start at the top of this range, as compensation is tailored to each individual's circumstances. For union positions, salaries will be determined according to the collective bargaining agreement.
