Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related Technical field
  • Applicable EPIC certification – Cogito Certification
  • Multiple EPIC certifications – additional data Model Certification (Ambulatory, Cadence/Prelude, Clarity, Caboodle)
  • Knowledge of SDLC Toolset – JIRA, Project One, TFS/VSTS –
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years systems design and analysis experience including 2 - 4 years of in-depth EPIC experience.
  • Additional years of related work experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Expert user - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools – (Tableau, QLIK, DoMo, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with PC Hardware and software skills
  • Experience and knowledge of SSIS, PL/SQL, SQL, Crystal Reports, BOE

Typically, new hires may not start at the top of this range, as compensation is tailored to each individual's circumstances. For union positions, salaries will be determined according to the collective bargaining agreement.
