Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (RN), PA, or higher clinical degree

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) Preferred

  • Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Preferred

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Preferred

  • Minimum five to seven years of Healthcare-related Regulatory/Compliance experience required

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, remain objective, maintain confidentiality, organize, and prioritize issues required

  • Proven ability to present and explain complex information and suggest process improvements to diverse audiences including senior level staff and the Board of Directors required

  • Ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers, senior leadership and all levels of the organization, with a positive and professional image required

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio required

  • Regulatory/Compliance experience in a hospital or large healthcare system preferred

We provide a good faith estimate of the salary range for potential hires, which is based on key factors such as role responsibilities, candidate experience, education and training, internal equity, and market conditions. Please be aware that this estimate doesn’t account for geographic differences related to your work location. Typically, new hires may not start at the top of this range, as compensation is tailored to each individual's circumstances. For union positions, salaries will be determined according to the collective bargaining agreement.
