Qualifications:
High School diploma
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
A minimum of two years’ experience in health care setting required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and writing skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work required
Ability to adjust quickly to change required
Commitment to enhancing patient experience required
Must have computer proficiency, with proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures required
A minimum of two years’ experience in quality related activities preferred
Knowledge of utilizing electronic medical records systems (such as EPIC) preferred
Experience with HEDIS preferred
Experience with HCC preferred
Experience with PCMH preferred

For union positions, salaries will be determined according to the collective bargaining agreement.
