Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, psychology, statistics, data science or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the practical application of research methods and data analysis to business contexts. (R)
- Experience in supporting or directly managing qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects. (R)
- Highly proficient in SQL query development and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, statistical analysis) (R)
- Experience in the analysis of marketing data using SAS with the ability to learn quickly. (R)
- Experience conducting geospatial analysis to produce maps and other graphic displays for analysis. (P)
- Experience providing data driven insights for customers, markets, competitors and marketing effectiveness (KPIs) through data and analytics. (R)
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to innovate, collaborate and realize efficiencies. (R)
- Compelling communicator who is able to synthesize research and data into a clear, actionable business narrative. (R)
- Excellent attention-to-detail, organization, and accountability. (R)
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau. (P)
- Knowledge of marketing attribution techniques. (P)
- Experience or interest in health care. (P)

A good faith estimate of the compensation range for individuals hired to work for the EmblemHealth Family of Companies is provided. This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
