Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (R)
  • Relevant Application Certification (Epic Systems Corporation) (P), certification in ambulatory or revenue cycle preferred

  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years clinical software build and implementation experience including  3 - 5 years in-depth EPIC (P)
  • Minimum 3 years’ in-depth experience working with clinical quality metrics required

  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) required

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile software delivery processes required

  • Expert user Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio preferred

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills required

  • Strong Documentation skills required

  • Strong critical thinking skills required

  • Understanding of clinical quality, risk, and cost including HEDIS & STARS preferred

  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM or Finance release 9.2 or higher required

  • Experience and knowledge of common HCM or Financials business practices and procedures required

  • Familiarity with PC Hardware and software skills required

  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Oracle databases required

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Query required

  • Prior experience with Epic EMR release 2017 or higher required

  • Experience and knowledge of common clinical and revenue cycle workflows required

  • Prior experiences developing extracts & reports using Epic, SAP, direct SQL, or similar preferred

  • Epic Cogito Project Manager certification must be obtained within 90 days of onboarding and may require travel to Wisconsin required

  • Data warehousing and dimensional data modeling required

  • Prior experience in Qlikview or Qlik Sense preferred

  • Prior experience leveraging SQL for data integration & ETL using Microsoft, Epic, and SAP tools preferred
