Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in related field or JD preferred
- Minimum 5 – 8 years’ progressive healthcare compliance related experience
- Experience in implementing an effective compliance program
- Strong knowledge of and experience working with applicable federal, state and local compliance laws/regulations, access, and the release of information
- Demonstrated ability to interact with management, staff and regulatory agencies
- Excellent organization, decision making, written and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with government sponsored programs or regulatory and government affairs preferred
