Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
-
Application Certification in Ambulatory, Cadence/Prelude and Cogito (Epic Systems Corporation) required
-
Project Management Certification preferred
-
Minimum 8 – 10 years systems design and analysis experience including 3 – 5 years in-depth EPIC experience required

Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) required
-
Knowledge and experience in Agile software delivery processes required
-
Expert User Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio preferred

Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
-
Strong Documentation skills required
-
Strong critical thinking skills required

Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM or Finance release 9.2 or higher required

Familiarity with SQL and/or Oracle databases required

Experience with PeopleSoft Query required
-
Prior experience with Epic EMR release 2017 or higher required

Experience and knowledge of common clinical and revenue cycle workflows required

Typically, new hires may not start at the top of this range, as compensation is tailored to each individual's circumstances. For union positions, salaries will be determined according to the collective bargaining agreement.
