Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 - 3 years’ relevant, professional work experience. (R)
- Experience with sales, including cold calling, generating leads, selling direct and/or through third parties (such as employee
- benefits consultants), preferably within HR, wellness or similar industry. (R)
- Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. (R)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation). (R)
- Passion for and understanding of employee wellbeing industry trends. (R)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision. (R)
