Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or HealthCare Administration, or related degree; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within an acute care or physician medical group, preferably in an integrated health system required
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring skills, and a history of creating and maintaining positive, productive relationships within healthcare required
  • Experience with business development/growth, acquisitions, negotiation required
  • Self-directed and results-oriented, demonstrating initiative and follow-through required
  • Demonstrated experience in developing successful working relationships at all levels of the organization required
  • Strong process design skills and ability to systematically execute on that design required
  • Proven ability to drive projects from inception to completion required
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation, active listening) skills required

We provide a good faith estimate of the salary range for potential hires, which is based on key factors such as role responsibilities, candidate experience, education and training, internal equity, and market conditions. Please be aware that this estimate doesn’t account for geographic differences related to your work location. Typically, new hires may not start at the top of this range, as compensation is tailored to each individual's circumstances. For union positions, salaries will be determined according to the collective bargaining agreement.
